Referral credit is issued after the referred patient completes a qualifying service of $200 or more. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be used toward services only. One referral credit per new patient. The referred patient must be new to Begin Anew. Begin Anew reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
