Sharon Halle
Founder/CEO
After a successful career in sales and marketing, including positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and several energy firms, Sharon’s interest shifted to regenerative and functional medicine following her diagnosis with an autoimmune disorder. After attending many health retreats and successfully reversing her autoimmune condition, it became clear that her calling was to help people achieve their greatest health, vitality, and confidence, inside and out—and Begin Anew was born! Sharon is excited about sharing her passion for renewing health and restoring beauty with the Begin Anew family. Sharon also owns a gym called The Factory in downtown Palm Beach, which helps clients achieve their internal and external health goals. Sharon is dedicated to helping patients optimize their quality of life, improve their overall well-being, succeed in healthy weight management, and prevent disease. Sharon and her husband John live in Palm Beach Gardens, and are the proud parents of two adult sons and several pampered pets.
Tina Discepola, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Tina is a board certified physician and women’s health specialist who has been breaking ground in the integrative medicine field for over 20 years. Her personalized, holistic approach and proven anti-aging solutions help patients optimize and balance their hormone levels, improve gut health, reverse the effects of age, and enhance their nutrition. Her mission is to treat the root causes of any symptoms or diseases, through specialized testing, in-depth personal consultations and targeted treatment plans. Dr. Tina designs an individualized protocol for each patient, which starts with plant-based diet guidance and nutrition recommendations, plus natural treatments.
Dr. Tina’s level of expertise in the functional medicine field and dedication to her patient-centric approach to care is truly remarkable. After running her own private practice in Westchester, NY for 10 years, she went on to lead the medical group at the prestigious Hippocrates Health Institute here in Florida. At Eleven Eleven Wellness in NYC, she worked directly with the renowned integrative health expert, Dr. Frank Lipman.
Dr. Tina believes that every person should be their own best wellness advocate, and she empowers each patient to take charge of their health, happiness and wellbeing.

Dana Nicolette
Practice Manager
Dana is a beauty brand expert, spa consultant, makeup artist and licensed esthetician in Florida, Massachusetts, and New York. She began her beauty career in Los Angeles where she worked as a talent agent for celebrity makeup artists and hairstylists. Inspired by the creativity of her clients, she decided to pursue her own career as a makeup artist and skincare specialist. After moving back to the east coast in 2009, Dana became a licensed esthetician and worked for several well known skincare and makeup companies in New York, Miami, and the New England area. She now divides her time between Palm Beach, New York, Martha’s Vineyard and Miami. Dana brings her own sense of adventure, energy and inspiration to helping clients discover their own way to live beautifully. She loves what she does, and is inspired daily to assist Begin Anew clients with booking the right services for them, finding the perfect practitioner, scheduling follow-ups and providing the highest level of customer care every step of the way.
Lauren Starace
Wellness Coordinator
Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science. Health and wellness has always been a part of her everyday lifestyle. Before graduating, she received her certification in Personal Training through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. After graduating, Lauren worked for a Plastic Surgeon and had hopes to become a Physician’s Assistant. After completing her didactic year of PA school, she realized she wanted to follow a different route. In August 2023 she will graduate from the University of Florida with her Master’s in Applied Kinesiology and Physiology. She will then go on to achieve her Strength and Conditioning Coach certification and her Performance and Sport Scientist certification.
Lauren loves to help others achieve their best from the inside, as well as on the outside. One of her favorite sayings is, “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.” When she’s not helping wellness patients at Begin Anew achieve their optimal health goals, she loves to do anything active out on the water, at the beach or with her loved ones. Her favorite services are IM nutrient injections, the Oxygeneo facial, and the occasional Botox treatment.

Dr. Nicole Galvin
DNP, APRN
Nicole is a doctorate prepared Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. After receiving her BS in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, she then went on to achieve a Master’s in Nursing and a Doctorate Degree of Nursing Practice from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner, accredited and board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Before she joined Begin Anew, Nicole worked for many plastic surgeons in the operating room specializing in pre-operative care, OR circulating and recovery, in conjunction with working as a critical care nurse in the Intensive Care Unit for over four years. After that, she was hired to manage a successful plastic surgery practice and worked there for three years.
Nicole has taken extensive continuing education courses in Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Anti-Aging through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) to stay up to date on the latest techniques and treatments. Nicole loves to educate her patients, and create individualized treatment plans in the aesthetic and wellness fields. Her main goal is to maintain trusting, professional relationships with her patients, and ensure that they completely understand the treatments she performs.
Some of Nicole’s favorite services include lip enhancement, Morpheus 8, and the Optimal Wellness Program. Nicole is very meticulous, and her patients love the beautiful, symmetrical lips she can create using her expert lip filler techniques. She loves Morpheus 8 radiofrequency microneedling for its ability to target and correct fine lines and scars, tighten the skin, and stimulate the production of elastin and collagen with minimal down time. As a functional medicine expert, Nicole is excited to introduce her patients to the Optimal Wellness Program and have in-depth consultations about their wellness goals, lifestyle and how they are feeling. The program includes advanced bloodwork which allows her to get a complete and detailed picture of their health, and from there she is able to recommend a treatment plan that will correct any deficiencies and optimize their health and overall wellbeing. eltaMD sunscreen is Nicole’s favorite topical skin care product – both for herself and for her patients. She recommends this after any procedure to ensure beautiful, hydrated, sun protected skin.
Nicole lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband and two young daughters.
Amanda McClimans

Amanda is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner whose goal is to help guide the health and wellness of each patient, both internally and externally. She is passionate about mindful aging, and strongly believes that in order to look and feel our best, we need to first focus on our internal health through preventative measures.
Amanda received her Master’s degree in Nursing at South University in West Palm Beach, and her Bachelor’s in Nursing from University of Akron, OH. Prior to joining the team at Begin Anew, she worked at Pryor Health for five years as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. There she trained and worked directly under Landon Pryor, M.D., a prestigious plastic surgeon, where she learned first hand the latest and most effective aesthetics techniques. She is a skilled aesthetics artist and a master injector, and her goal is to help patients achieve their ideal look in the most natural looking ways possible.
Amanda’s favorite treatments are neurotoxin and filler, for their ability to instantly refresh a patient’s appearance and overall well-being. She believes strongly in the life-changing capabilities of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and has been obsessed with HRT and testosterone therapy since discovering the magic of hormone pellets. She is truly in love with everything related to health optimization, total body wellness and anti-aging. After being treated as a functional medicine patient herself for many years and seeing and feeling firsthand how these products and services have drastically changed her life, she’s so thankful to be able to share her experiences and knowledge and help all her patients look and feel their absolute best.
Gail Felice-Cassas

Gail is a board certified Physician’s Assistant with over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She received her Bachelor’s of Science at Nova Southeastern University, and her Master’s of Physician’s Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska. Gail has worked in the emergency room, the operating room, urgimed, plastics, and dermatology. She was a trainer for Merz Aesthetics and a trainer for the Nova Threads Lyft. Gail is expertly skilled in using every dermal filler and neuromodulator, and has experience with over 200 lasers. She is a member of NCCPA, FAPA & AAPA.
Gail loves working in this industry because she enjoys helping people feel good about themselves. She lives here in Jupiter, and her hobbies are weight lifting, bicycling, sand volleyball, and singing rock & roll as the lead singer in two different bands. She was Miss Monroe county and modeled for yacht lines and print campaigns. Gail has also owned her own medical spa practice for 14 years.

Jennifer is a Board Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience in healthcare. She provides the highest quality care to her patients while always keeping their needs and goals in mind, by performing assessments and using her clinical knowledge and skills to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes. She has a strong and diverse clinical background in areas of age management, facial aesthetics injections, hormone replacement therapy, sexual health, medical weight loss, primary care, pain management, and detox.
Jennifer received her MS in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and her BS in Nursing from the FAU Honors College. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner at medical and aesthetics practices in Florida since 2002.

Miranda Gruenewald Torres

Miranda is a certified Medical Electrologist and Laser Practitioner, expert Coolsculpting technician, licensed Facial Specialist, and certified Health Coach. She has been in the industry for over six years and continues to educate herself on the newest devices and techniques through trainings and seminars.
One of Miranda’s favorite procedures is Coolsculpting, the leading non-invasive fat reduction device. She loves this treatment because it is comfortable and delivers fantastic results. She has seen firsthand the new level of confidence it brings her patients, and that it promotes healthier lifestyles. Ashley is a certified Laser Practitioner and Clinical Electrologist, and a licensed Medical Esthetician. She has a true passion for aesthetics and it shows in her work. Ashley makes all her clients feel relaxed and confident, in and outside of the treatment room. Before any procedure, she consults with each patient to understand their needs and concerns, so she can recommend which treatments will be best for them.
Ashley takes extensive continuing education courses, and is always eager to learn about the most innovative new products and techniques. Her most recommended treatment is the Morpheus8 RF Microneedling. Ashley loves Morpheus8 for its ability to tighten skin, and target wrinkles, scars, cellulite, acne scarring and enlarged pores.
