• Dry or dehydrated skin
• Dull or tired-looking skin
• Visible fine lines and wrinkles
• Uneven skin texture and noticeable pores
• Skin that appears less firm or elastic

Your provider will assess your skin, medical history, allergies, and any planned procedures before recommending VAMP. Let your provider know about fish or salmon allergies, active skin irritation, infections, or recent treatments. Suitability and recovery time depend on your individual skin condition and any accompanying procedures.

Consultation and Preparation for VAMP Application

Before your session, a Begin Anew practitioner will evaluate your skin and discuss your goals. If VAMP is included alongside another treatment, your preparation and aftercare instructions will be tailored to that procedure.

• Review your skincare products, medications, supplements, and allergies with your provider.
• Follow your provider’s guidance on when to pause retinoids, exfoliating acids, or other potentially irritating products.
• Use gentle skincare and moisturize as directed.
• Avoid tanning beds and excessive sun exposure, and use sunscreen as directed.
• Tell your provider about sunburn, open wounds, active irritation, or a history of cold sores in the treatment area.
